These are 5" Itsy Bitsy Ornie Dolls. They can "hang" out with you! This pattern explains in detail the creation of the face, with diagrams. It has written instructions as well. This is a pattern that anyone can work with. The pattern comes with sewing instructions, pattern pieces and several diagrams to help.
