How to Shop

We offer 3 ways to shop
our site using our shopping
cart! These included:
1)
Secure Online Credit Card Orders!
2)
Pay using your PayPal account!
3) Mail Orders payable by Credit Card, Check or Money
Order!
(Note: Personal checks
take 5 days to clear before order is shipped.)
CREDIT CARD ORDER MINIMUM- $18.00
($1.00 service charge for credit
card orders placed under $18.00)
You
can use our shopping cart to to purchase using any of the
above options. All you need to do is click on the Add To
Cart buttons next to the items you wish to purchase and
follow the checkout options! For the Secure
Credit Card Orders you will be taken to a secure
checkout form, for the PayPal
option you will be directed to the PayPal payment system
and for the Mail Orders
a printable order form will be generated with all your items
listed.

Shop the web site and as you
find items you wish to purchase, add the amount you want and
click add to the cart.

When you are finished shopping,
fill in your mailing information and choose "method of
payment " as mailing in a check to complete your order.
You and I will
both receive a copy of the order with ID numbers which will
help me tremendously.

Refund
Policy:
Cloth Doll Supply does not
give refunds on any PATTERNS, BOOKS, MAGAZINES, OR FABRICS.
Doll Hair Products such as Raw Wool, Mohair, Roving, Un-opened Fiberfil's
(Excluding wool/sawdust) and Notions can be returned at the
customer's cost for shipping.
Refunds that are given for orders sent out and
returned or undeliverable will be given with the shipping
costs subtracted from the original amount of the order.
Handling charges of 10% for re-stocking may be
also be applicable.

Supply will provide delivery confirmation on
orders. Therefore, with proof of shipment that the
order has been received by the Postal Service, I
will not be responsible for orders by sending out
re-placement orders.
Also, please NOTE if you do not insure your order
I am NOT responsible for items damaged or lost
during shipping. Insurance is recommended.
Please note in the message area of your order that
you wish to purchase insurance. I will charge your
credit card when processing your order, or send
you a Paypal Money request if you pay that way..
Mail in orders must include the cost with payment
as listed below.

Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery
