Our Site!
We offer 3 ways to shop
our site using our shopping
cart! These included:

Secure Online Credit Card Orders!
2)
Pay using your PayPal account!
3) We are no longer accepting personal checks for payments.
Mail In Orders are payable with Money Orders ONLY and made out to
Cloth Doll Supply!
Postal Money Orders are preferred and your order will ship right away.
Others may take 4-7 days to clear the bank.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NO LONGER PAYABLE WITH A MONEY ORDER!
CREDIT CARD ORDER MINIMUM- $18.00
($1.00 service charge for credit
card orders placed under $18.00)
You
can use our shopping cart to purchase using any of the
above options. All you need to do is click on the Add To
Cart buttons next to the items you wish to purchase and
follow the checkout options! For the Secure
Credit Card Orders you will be taken to a secure
checkout form, for the PayPal
option you will be directed to the PayPal payment system
and for the Mail Orders
a printable order form will be generated with all your items
listed.
Cloth Doll Supply will no
longer be accepting phone orders.
If you wish to pay for your order by credit card
and prefer to call in your information ...the order must
be placed through the web site cart prior to calling
us.

cause an inconvenience to. We have put off doing this as
long as we could.

Refund
Policy:
Cloth Doll Supply
does not
give refunds on any PATTERNS, BOOKS, MAGAZINES. No refunds are given for Human Hair /Doll Hair Products Purchases.
Doll Hair Products such as Raw Wool, Mohair, Roving, and Synthetic Hair along with Un-opened Notions and Fabrics can be returned at the customer's cost for shipping. If you purchased a kit and it look as though they have been taken apart, we will not refund it.
Upon inspection of the returned product being in re-sellable condition A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. A refund must be done within 30 DAYS.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds are given for orders minus the shipping costs
from the original amount of the order.
In addition a 15% Handling Charge may be applicable.
We do our best at packaging. However unless you have insured your order for shipping, we will no longer replace orders for cinnamon, walnut crystals, mica flakes, wax, and so forth.
Items will be inspected to make sure they are re sellable
no refunds allowable after 30 days from purchase.

re-placement orders.

during shipping. Insurance is recommended.
