Amethyst" is a 30” witch that is made on a wire armature. Although she is designed to hang on a wall or door she can also sit. Doll is made of unbleached muslin which has been dyed green and has minimal soft-sculpting. We also include directions for creating her purple hair using readily available materials. This pattern has minimal sewing, however, the doll as pictured above has a gusseted head which might be difficult for some inexperienced dollmakers. If you have never worked with gussets before, don't let that stop you from trying our "Amethyst". Our pattern also includes directions for making the head without the gusset. Using a gusset merely makes a fuller chin area.
