Edith Flack Ackley Patterns

PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage 1938 Edith Flack Ackley Pattern – This 25 page pattern booklet contains patterns and instructions to make both dolls, fully dressed, that are about 15½” tall. The Clown has embroidered eyes, nose and mouth with wool yarn for hair. Pattern mentions Pierrots and Harlequins and how to clothe such clowns. The Gypsy also has embroidered eyes, nose and mouth with wool yarn for hair. Clothing can be made of silks and velvets or calicoes; you can have several petticoats and a voluminous skirt with ruffles if you like; a gypsy gives you a chance to run riot with color and adorn with jewelry and ribbons galore. Both dolls are so much fun to make.
