PHOTOCOPY of a 1951 Vintage McCall’s Pattern – Pattern contains complete instructions for making Puss-in-Boots and the King as hollow dolls with slide fastener closings so the Mouse can be inserted in the back of the King, and the King in the back of Puss-in-Boots. Starting with Puss, the three-in-one toy, tell the story of Puss-in-Boots, zipping out each character (as the story unfolds) as if by magic, thereby creating surprise. A synopsis of the story is included in pattern. Of course, each toy may be played with separately simply by filling in the body vacancies with a rolled towel. If desired, Puss-in-Boots and the King may easily be made as separate stuffed dolls. Size of completed dolls; Puss 28" high, King 22" high and Mouse 6½" high.
